Noosa has a lot of holiday homes. Owners of these homes often live interstate or overseas and only use them for annual holidays. This means that for most of the year those homes are empty; gathering dust.

Owners like the idea of earning some extra income, but don’t want their holiday interrupted by long term rentals and the hassle of tenants and dealing with real estate agents.

Steve has over twenty years experience as a Wellness Coach and has a great understanding of people. He is the Principal of his own Real Estate business and has access to resources that include professional photography, experts in marketing, reliable maintenance and legal.

How We Work For You

Our ongoing services include online calendar management of bookings/payments, welcoming guests and creating a memorable guest experience.

Thorough cleaning and detailing to ensure high standards are retained, any minor maintenance issues addressed and resolved and monthly income deposited into your bank account.

What Could You Earn?

Income potential you weren’t expecting.

The following is an example of income possibilities.

Traditional long term rental $600 per week (less letting agent’s expenses).
Short term holiday stay $400 per night (less Your Perfect Host management fees).

This means you could earn more in two nights than you could in one week with traditional long term rental. Of course this is only an example but gives you an idea of the potential and freedom of using Your Perfect Host to take care of your home for short term holiday stays.

What Does It Cost?

Your Perfect Host consultation $600 includes initial meeting, basic styling suggestions, photography, online marketing, guest readiness.

Your Perfect Host management fee is 20% (plus online calendar management fee).


We were considering holiday letting our home whilst away on an upcoming overseas trip… we were hesitant to just list the property and try to self manage it whilst away, with remote locations, time zones etc and in the end pretty much ruled out the option… we then came across ‘Your Perfect Host’ and we thought – perfect… an insurance policy for our original plan of holiday letting our home. I entrusted my home to Steven and Julia and the Your Perfect Host team. Right from the outset Steven and Julia guided me through the process to present my home properly and prepare me for the YPH experience. This included a professional photo shoot and the valuable input of their Housekeeping expert with wise suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. Initially I was hesitant, this is my home and sanctuary with lovely neighbours, but from our first meeting my confidence grew. Steven and Julia are definitely people persons. They are warm, genuine and honest and extremely professional. When I left my home, despite being a “worrier”, I felt at ease and comfortable that my home was in their hands. During my absence I received a weekly update and a cash flow! On my return my home was immaculate, congratulations to the housekeeping team under the experienced eye of Tania, and to Steven and Julia for “vetting” my guests.
